Manly was the first of two RHS160F hydrofoils, the second being her sister ship Sydney. When built, she cost $8 million dollars.

Like Sydney & Curl Curl, after the dissolution of the hydrofoil fleet she was sold back to her builders in 1991. Sold to Aliscafi SNAV in 1992 and renamed Sinai. As of 2005 she was still in service.
