Woollahra was one of the fast vessels that resembled a mini Manly ferry that operated on the Watson's Bay run. In the case of this vessel, the resemblance was deliberate. She was designed for a planned Watson's Bay to Manly route that never eventuated.

She was sold in 1941 and her fate is unknown.
